Recently local boutique TigerTree just celebrated their ten year anniversary! That is huge in the world of small business, and such an accomplishment.
I came across TigerTree freshman year of college when they were located in a really cute alley in Columbus, Ohio. The owners had told me they just moved from California and decided to open shop right here in the Short North. If you ask anyone from Columbus, they will tell you this is where the fashion scene is at!
Now ten years later, and in a new location right in the middle of Columbus’ biggest fashion scene, TigerTree thrives as a unique, one-of-a-kind boutique in Columbus. You can’t find their pieces anywhere else in the city much less the Midwest. It’s local boutiques like these that set Columbus apart and why we are getting recognized for our fashion scene.
It is not easy to get brands in that local boutiques like TigerTree carries. These aren’t your cookie cutter stores in the mall or big box stores that Columbus often gets recognized for. The styles and brands you find in TigerTree are ones that you can see in NYC or LA. Again, most people don’t recognize this about Columbus, Ohio! Columbus is indeed a blossoming fashion scene and thanks to TigerTree we can say that we have the best-of-the-best in shopping!
