I can’t believe that April is really here! This spring has been full of intense energy for me. Believe me or not, I think we all notice at least a slight difference when things like full moons happen, like the rare Worm Moon a few weeks ago. I have been spending the past
- Go through your closet. Donate any pair of old jeans to Madewell for $20 off a new pair of jeans. I recently donated a pair of mine and found out that they turn the old pairs into housing insulation for organizations like Habitat for Humanity. Talk about instant good karma!
- Literally clean… It’s time for everyone to take out the trash, vacuum, wash the sheets, and dust! Wash your makeup brushes and clean out your hairbrushes too- I guarantee you’ll feel a million times better.
- Exfoliate. Get rid of the old skin and lotion up the new skin you’re in! If you’ve been following along with my Instagram stories you already know how much I love Follain products. After I exfoliate, I love to use their Everything Soap to cleanse and then finish with the Sleepy Lotion from Lush.
- Get rid of the negative thoughts. Write down all the bad things that stop you from living your best life on a sheet of paper. Then rip that thing up and throw those thoughts away with the rest of your garbage. Then write at least five positive things about yourself and put it somewhere where you’ll see it every day. It’s a sure way to give yourself a confidence boost.
If you don’t have time to do all these things in one day, that’s totally okay. Take the weekend to get ready for a new week and a new season.
